Sales Woman Docked Over Alleged Theft In osun

A 21-year-old sales woman, Bukola Blessing, has been arraigned before an osun state magistrate court sitting in osogbo for allegedly stealing a sum of 285,000 belonging to her boss, Mrs Adedoja Bunmi Dayo.
Blessing was arraigned on Thursday on a two-count-charge bordering on conspiracy and stealing.
The police prosecutor, Ajayi Sunday had told the court that the accused committed the offense on 7 August, 2017 at Akindeko area in osogbo.
Sunday said the accused conspired and stole a cash of 285,000 of Adejoja Bunmi Dayo.
He explained that the offense committed by the accused was contrary to and punishable under Section 516, 383 and 390(9) Laws of Osun State 2003.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the allegation preferred against her.
The defense counsel, Henry Odunayo applied for the bail of the accused in the most liberal terms.
Odunayo who assured the court that his client would not jump bail if granted said reliable sureties were ready to stand for the accused.
Ruling on the matter, Magistrate Fatimoh Sodamade granted the accused bail in the sum of 200,000 with one surety who must swear to affidavit of means.
She later adjourned the case till 5 October, 2017 for hearing.
