Revealed: Adeleke’s Last Activities Before His Death – Sources

More details on the last moments of the late Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke who died on Sunday morning, are unfolding.

Adeleke was at Telemu Zone A and B for his 2018 governorship campaign and later returned to Kuta to attend the burial ceremony of the mother of the Osun West Senatorial Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Yinusa Amobi.

The party was also attended by the Deputy Governor of the State, Mrs Grace Titi-Laoye Tomori and other APC chieftains.

CityMirrorNews gathered that Adeleke left the party to attend a function of the wife of one of his followers simply known as Lasun in Iwo.

The Senator representing Osun West Senatorial District at the Senate arrived his country home late Saturday and his supporters were demobilised around 12am on Sunday, according to a source.

It was gathered that Adeleke slept and woke up around 6am to receive a phone call, and after receiving the call, he went back to his bedroom with a complain that he was not okay health wise.

The Asiwaju of Edeland cancelled all engagements for Sunday when it was obvious that he could not manage his health condition for social or political activities.

CityMirrorNews learnt that Adeleke began to struggle for his life around few minutes to 7am and was rushed to Biket Hospital, Osogbo, said the sources.

The medium learnt that Adeleke gave up the ghost before getting to the hospital.
