Happening Now: Adeleke’s Burial In Progress

The remains of incumbent Senator, Isiaka Adeleke who passed on earlier on Sunday is being committed to mother-earth according to Islamic rites at his country home in Ede, Osun state.
CityMirrorNews reporter who is at the venue of the burial revealed that Islamic Clerics are on ground to coordinate proceedings.
In attendance as at the time of filing in this report are the Governor of Ogun state, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, Ekiti state Governor, Ayodele Fayose, Oyo state Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, the Osun state Deputy Governor, Mrs Titi Laoye-Tomori among other politicians and close associates of the dead.
Wailers were also seen at his residence mourning the death of the philatronphist and Asiwaju of Edeland.
It was gathered that the dead body arrived Ede at around 10.30am on Monday morning from where his autopsy was done yesterday.
Osun state Governor, Mr Rauf Aregbesola is absent at the burial due to his attendance at the ongoing Business Forum of the Nigeria Governors Forum ongoing in China.
