LAUTECH Management Pledges Accountability As New Alumni Excos Take Over

The Deputy Registrar of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, Ogbomosho, Mrs Funso Oloke, has said that the management of the institution has put measures in place to stop financial mismanagement in the institution.
She stated this while speaking at the swearing in ceremony of the fourth president of LAUTECH Alumni Association, at the Senate Building of the campus.
She urged the newly elected executives to build on the achievements and successes of the past so as to move the union forward.
Speaking, the newly elected president, Mr Solomon Onilede promised to work together with the management to ensure the survival and steady development of the association as well as academic activities on the campus.
He said the association will strengthen the growth of the institution with a view to being the best among other institutions in Nigeria.
He said “We also vow to uphold tenets of transparency, discipline and due process in all our dealing, with mutual respect for all members.
“We want to effectively collaborate with the owners’ state of LAUTECH namely Oyo and Osun, the Governing Council and the management of the University in repositioning our Alma mater so as to restore her lost Glories and also break new grounds in the nation’s education sector.”
