FedPoly Ede Student Crushed To Death In Osun

A student of the Federal Polytechnic, Ede simply known as Segun was earlier today crushed to death by a petrol tanker on the Owode-Ede expressway.

The dual carriage expressway was closed to a one-way, unknown to the student who wanted to crossover to the other side of the road.

The driver of the petrol tanker who was said to be on the high speed was unable to match his brake when the student who had assumed that the road was double lane, crossed without looking carefully.

Mother of the deceased reportedly collapsed on hearing the information of the death of her son.

The driver of the tanker, according to report, has been arrested by the police.
