Akeredolu’s Inauguration: Police to deploy officials from Osun, Ekiti

The Ondo State Police Command has said that it would deploy more officers from Osun and Ekiti State to strengthen security for tomorrow Friday’s inauguration of Mr Rotimi Akeredolu as the Governor of Ondo State.

Speaking with newsmen on Wednesday in Akure, the state Commissioner of Police, Mrs Hilda Harison, stated that the command was prepared to provide adequate security for the Akeredolu’s swearing-in.

Harison maintained that the policemen to be deployed from Osun and Ekiti states would complement the efforts already in place by the Ondo State command of the police.
