Rivers Commissioner For Works Sacked!
Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has sacked the state Commissioner for Works, Mr. Bathuel Harrison.
The governor’s Special Assistant on Electronic Media, Simeon Nwakaudu, said in a statement on Thursday that the commissioner’s sack takes immediate effect.
However, no reason was given for the governor’s decision to dispense with Harrison’s services.
The ex- commissioner has been directed to hand over to the permanent secretary in the ministry.
