Aregbesola Recommends Physical Exercise for Osun Cabinet Members, Lawmakers

Governor Rauf Aregbesola has charged cabinet members designate and members of the Osun State House of Assembly to engage in physical exercise for fitness.
Aregbesola gave the charge on Sunday at a novelty match between the state executive and the legislature as part of the activities to celebrate the 60th birthday of the governor.

According to Aregbesola, it was obvious that majority of the lawmakers and cabinet members designate were not physically fit while playing the match at the Osogbo City Stadium, Osogbo.
The governor maintained that physical exercise would help members of the executive and legislature in having good health and sound mind.
The novelty match was won by the Osun Assembly which defeated the executive with two goals to nill.
The goals were scored by Minority Leader of the House, Hon Safiriyu Akinwale and Chairman, House Committee on Sports, Hon Tajudeen Famuyide.
