N-Power Test Assessment Timetable Rescheduled

Authorities of the social intervention and empowerment programme, N-Power have announced the re-scheduling of its timetable for the test assessment stage of its recruitment exercise.
The N-Power initiative handled by the office of the Acting President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, is aimed at ensuring the employment of over 1 million Nigerian unemployed graduates in four different categories namely Health, Agro and Teach including the newly introduced Tax CTLO scheme under the project.
With over 200,000 beneficiaries from the first stage of the scheme started last year, the stage has been set for the recruitment of an additional 300,000 to benefit from the N30,000 monthly stipend.
Handlers of the programme have however rescheduled dates for the commencement of test assessment for would be N-Power Volunteers after the Acting President extended the registration date by 2 weeks last week.
It would be recalled that Osun in its effort to curb the menace of unemployment in the state organised a seminar to sensitise the N-Power applicants on the modus operandi of the scheme and helped to reduce the hitches experience at the point of test assessment.
In the new set-up, Prospective N-Power volunteers in the Tax category are to have their tests from the 15th to the 19th of July, 2017 while those that picked Health will sit for theirs on the 20th to the 24th of July.
The new timetable indicates those in Agro having theirs during from the 25th of July to the 1st of August with those on Teach category holds between 2nd of August to the 16th of next month.
Applications extended with the orders of the Acting President last week from July 15 – July 27 will be tested on the 17th to the 31st of August.
