Osun Assembly to Announce Aregbesola’s News Cabinet on Tuesday as More Names Unfold

Barring any change of plan, the Osun State House of Assembly is set to read Governor Rauf Aregbesola’s letter on the appointment of Commissioners and Special Advisers on Tuesday.

CityMirrorNews gathered that the Speaker of the House, Hon Najeem Salam will make the announcement on the cabinet members list at a plenary session.

The House would also begin screening of members of the caretaker committees in the 61 local government and Area Council on Tuesday.

It was learnt that Messrs Gbenga Akano (former Assistant Chief of Staff to the Governor), Kolapo Alimi (former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs), Kola Omotunde Young (an aide to Aregbesola), Bola Ilori (former Special Adviser to Aregbesola on Environment and Sanitation) Mrs Folake Adegboyega (former commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Affairs), among others made the new cabinet list.
