APC Postpones Anambra Guber Primary
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has postponed its party primary billed for this weekend to elect a flagbearer for the November 18 Anambra State governorship election, citing logistic as reason for the postponement.
The ruling party had fixed the primary for August 19 but had to postpone it due to what the party described as logistic reason and certain unforeseen circumstances.
Confirming the postponement, the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, told newsmen on telephone that the new date for the conduct of the party primary is August 26.
