Popular Nollywood Actress, Mosun Filani-Oduoye Delivers Maiden Osun NAWOJ Lecture

Nigerian Association of Women Journalists, Osun state chapter will on Thursday, December 14, 2017 hold maiden edition of its lecture series with the theme: Women’s World.

The maiden lecture, according to a release jointly signed by NAWOJ chairperson and Secretary, Mrs Motunrayo Ayegbayo and Mrs Florence Babasola respectively shall be delivered by Mrs. Mosun Filani-Oduoye.

The event, which takes place at Osun NUJ Press Center, Iwo/Ibadan road, Osogbo shall be chaired by Mrs Adejumoke Akinjiola, the Director, News and Current Affairs of Osun State Broadcasting Corporation.

Mrs Oduoye, according to the release, shall be speaking on a topic “Educate a girl child, empower a nation”.

Dignitaries expected at the lecture which will commence by 10am include; NAWOJ National Auditor, Mrs Olusola Jacob, Osun NUJ Chairman and Secretary, Mr. Abiodun Olalere and Boladale Bamigbola, and a host of others.

NAWOJ members and friends of the association are thereby enjoin to attend the event as a matter of duty.
