By Olabode Abolaji
Below is the Federal Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) allocation distribution to all the 36 States from January – March 2017.
Akwa Ibom State and Bayelsa State got the highest with N34.88 Billion and N22.97 Billion respectively.
The Figure obtained from @BudgITng reveals that Lagos and Osun States have the highest state with deductions from loans acquired from different sources which is deducted before the allocation is released to the states.
And this is the reason while states especially those of the ruling All Progressives Congress with some added advantage battle with the payment of salaries and other entitlements in their respective states.
Below is the graphical representation of the figures as released by the Budget Office of the Federation under the Ministry of Finance.
