In Osun: Man, 43 Docked For Allegedly Stealing Wedding Ring

Police in Osun on Monday arraigned one Saheed Ganiyu before a Magistrate Court sitting in Osogbo,the State Capital, for allegedly stealing household items belonging to his neighbours.
It was gathered that Ganiyu had broken to the houses of the victims and allegedly stole Dell laptop, IPhone 6, Wedding Ring, Bottle of Henesssey, Sunny Phone, Infinix Phone,Nokia108, Micro Mass,School Bag, among others.
At the court on Monday, the Prosecutor, Inspector Abiodun Fagboyinbo told the court that the accused person on the 26th of January 2017 at Halleluyah area in Osogbo broke into the houses of one Engr.Biodun Bankole, Gafar Usman Abolaji,Gbenga Ojo,Uthman Abdul Fatai, and Akinola Adeniyi and stole the above mentioned assets
He added that the offences committed was contrary to and punishable under Sections 390(9),411,516,of the Criminal Code Cap 34 Volume II Laws of Osun State Nigeria 2003.
But the accused pleaded not guilty to allegations slammed against him
Defense Counsel, Miss Yinka Dada applied for the bail of his client in the most liberal terms.
Ruling on the matter, Magistrate Olubokola Awodele granted Ganiyu the bail of N200,000 with two sureties.
She, thereafter adjourned the case to 9th of October, for mention
