Osinbajo, Lasun, Governors, Alaafin, Others Grace Aregbesola’s Mother Eight Day Fidau Prayer

The play ground of Zenababs Resorts and Suites, Ilesa is currently playing host to dignitaries from all walks of life as the eight day fidau prayers for the mother of the Osun State governor, Alhaja Saratu Aregbesola is underway.
Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Rt Hon Lasun Yussuff, Governors of Oyo, Ogun, Kano, Zamfara, Lagos, Ekiti, Ondo, Chieftains of the All Progressives Congress including Chief Adebisi Akande, friends and family present at the venue.

Others at the well attended programme are the former chairman of the EFCC, Malam Nuhu Ribadu, Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, Former Governors, Islamic clerics.

As at the time of filing in this report, Suratul Mulik is being recited by Islamic scholars at the event to appease Allah for the repose of the soul of Alhaja Saratu Aregbesola.

In his lecture, Dr Taofeek Abdulhammeed urged people to be pious in their deeds.
He stresses that it is incumbent on everyone to prepare for the hereafter through good deeds and as well eschew all forms of misdeed to be in Allah’s unlimited care after they die.
