FRCN Honours Osun Lawmaker with Award

A member of the State of Osun House of Assembly, Olatunbosun Oyintiloye would on Wednesday be honoured as the best lawmaker in the South-West Nigeria for the Year 2016.

The honour would be conferred on him by the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) Ibadan Zonal Station at the Broadcasting House, Oba Adebimpe Road Ibadan, Oyo State Capital.

According to a statement from the his office, Oyintiloye, who is the Chairman, House Committee on Information and Strategy, would be honoured alongside the Governor of Ogun State, Ibikunle Amosun and some other personalities.

The statement said, the honour would be presented in honour of Oyintiloye best active roles in community development and media friendliness.

According to a letter signed by the Deputy Editor News, Dare Olorunfemi, the management of the Corporation said, the selection of the lawmaker was unanimous and thorough.

The letter read: “The honour is in recognition of your role as a resourceful representative noted for community development and media friendliness.

“Your choice was unanimous, stemming from your substantial contributions and impact on the people of Obokun State constituency, Osun State”, it stated.
