AGF Condoles Tinubu Over Son’s Death

A socio-political group, Asiwaju Grassroots Foundation, AGF, has condoled the former Governor of Lagos State and National leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC) , Bola Ahmed Tinubu, over the death of his son, Jide Tinubu.

AGF described  the incident as shocking and saddening.

This is contained in a release signed by the  group’s acting Coordinator, Com Tijani Sikiru and Secretary, Com Adeniji Yahaya and  made available to journalists in Osogbo on Thursday.

The group implored Tinubu to take heart and accept the incident as the will of Allah who gives and take.

According to the release, “We receive with shock the death of the son of our principal and the National leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, (APC) Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Jide Tinubu.

“We the entire members of AGF shared in your moment of grief just as we implore the family to take heart and pray such an incident does not repeat itself. May the soul of the deceased rest in peace.”
