Take Your Presence More Serious Than Unseen Future, Cleric Charges People
The presiding spiritual father of God of Fire Global Evangelical Ministry popularly call “God of Fire”, Evangelist Peter Kolajo has admonished people on the need to prioritize their presence to future if they really want to succeed in life.
The revered cleric asserted that since it is constant that presence determines the future, thus, all beings must build their presence rather than being futuristic on likely circumstances of the future.
Evangelist Kolajo made the statement in his homily at a crusade where thousands of souls were rekindled and refined for piritual consciousness.
He said every individual must appreciate the grace of the day he or she witnesses by taking its advantages to retrace steps rather than pursuing unrealistic future tendencies.
The cleric bemoaned over human curiosity, approach to life and insatiable appetite for wealth accumulation, saying for every soul to succeed, it must be perfectly redeemed, refined and cleansed on the path of righteousness.
Affirming his statement with biblical references, the renowned clergyman directed every believer to get acquainted to words of God by taking bible as companion.
According to him, Matthew 6;34, says “take therefore no thought for tomorrow for tomorrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
“Many Christians are often over anxious and drowned by what tomorrow will be, this has given the devil a change to rob and afflict believers because they have disobeyed the words of God and biblical verses of Jesus admonishment to His children for a better lifestyle.
“If you are worried about what tomorrow will be, you will think less of God and belittle Him in your life (Matthew 6;30).
“Whoever puts tomorrow ahead of now will be driven by all kinds of lustful desires that will keep shifting your focus away from the cross which makes it easy for you end up in the traps of the devil as it will always be easier for you to fall into all kinds of sin.
“Focusing on God is thinking less of every other thing and looking only unto Jesus the author and the finisher of our faith, which is thinking less of what tomorrow might hold and letting Jesus take the wheel of our life.
“He who lets go of everything to hold on to Jesus can never be disappointed because they are never guided by lust or the devil’s motivations but by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
“Likewise, (1 Peter 5:7) says, “Jesus want you to look unto Him alone, be not bothered about what tomorrow will be, all you need is just to meditate and claim His faithful promises for you.
“Believe that His words are true and He alone has the key of tomorrow at hand, He may decide even to come before that tomorrow that you have so much anticipated for, that is why we have to be prepared at all time for His coming, casting our cares, worries, challenges and troubles on Him alone, because He cares for us more than we can for ourselves.
“Also 2 Cor 2:11 say, “Be not ignorant of the devises of the devil for he roaring around looking for whom to devour, lest he should take advantage of you .
“Do not give him space in your heart and to do that meditate in the word of God at all time, then you will not have time to be worried about tomorrow”, he recited.
