“The state’s education policy is in no doubt guarantees a saved future for every citizen and resident of Osun as this is reflected in both human and capital infrastructural development put in place by the state government to revamp the sector for the benefit of all.
“Governor Aregbesola has also brought innovation to governance most especially in education system as most of his interventions were aimed to drive the state out of primitive to modernity by ensuring that Osun’s potentials are appropriately harnessed to compete favourably with her counterparts in the world.
“So with the level of infrastructures and edifices put together by the state to develop education, I have no doubt in my mind that the state is treading path to greatness in all endeavours as education remains the bedrock for societal development”.
Handling the laptops computer systems to the Vice-Chancellor of Bowen University, Iwo, Prof. M.A Ojo, Oluwo said the gestures was part of his efforts to encourage and aid science, technology and innovation.

He said the world has gotten to a stage where every action would be made technologically and scientifically.
According to Oluwo, “Education is a must and not an option. Our duty as a traditional ruler is not complete without touching education. The life wire of every developed country is education. Quality education will pave way for quality job while investments and companies are product of quality education.
“My donation of 100 laptops is just a tips of the iceberg. I am just coming. Had it been people known the future is in classroom, they would have invested the lion share of their assets in education. I am taking the lead as traditional ruler and hopeful it will challenge the stakeholders to do more.
Meanwhile, 50 laptops each were donated to the two universities just as the monarch admonished the authorities of the institutions to put the learning devices in better use.
