AD supporters jubilate in Okitipupa

The candidate of the Alliance for Democracy, Chief Olusola Oke is leading in some units in Ward 1, Igbodigo in Okitipupa Local Government Area.

Supporters of the AD candidate were seen jubilating as INEC officials counted the election results in some of the units monitored by our correspondent.

In Ward 1 Unit 6, AD  scored 141; APC 57 and PDP polled  31.In Ward 1 Unit 7, AD polled 161; APC. 88 while PDP scored  41 and seven votes were rejected. In ward 1 unit 10, AD got  187 votes, PDP 63 votes and APC 54.
