Meet The Ambassadorial Nominee From Osun State

Mr. Oluwasegun ibidapo Obe was born on 6th March 1960 in Lagos, Lagos State. He holds a Masters Degree in International Law from the University of Lagos, Lagos state, Nigeria. He joined the Ministry of foreign Affairs as External Affairs Officer VIII in 1984.

Mr. Ibidapo-Obe has served in various Nigerian missions in Africa, Europe , Middle-East and North America. He has also served as the Special Assistant (Special Duties) to the Principal Secretary to the President of the Federal republic of Nigeria (2006-2008) and Special Assistant to the Head of Service of the Federation (2008-2009). As Director, North & Central America Division, Ministry of foreign Affairs, He coordinated the Inter-Ministerial meetings for the President’s State and Official visits to Canada and the United Mexican States respectively.
He has participated in several International Conferences some of which are ;
