Actress Eniola Badmus Reacts To Pimping Allegations, Says No Forgiveness
Popular Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus, who also serves as Special Assistant to the Speaker of the Nigerian House of Representatives on Social Events and Public Hearings, has threatened legal action against a social media user who accused her of pimping girls to politicians and entertainment figures.
The actress, who assumed office during President Bola Tinubu’s administration, was accused on X (formerly Twitter) by a user identified as Femzy of “linking young girls with top directors, movie executives and Nigerian politicians.”
In the post, which has since gained traction online, the accuser further alleged that the thespian “gained entry into the political scene through this network,” adding that “many young girls have been exploited and used for different purposes by politicians through her connections.”
The allegations prompted a response from the actress on Thursday, as she described the claims as “false accusations” and stated that the appropriate authorities would step in.
In her reaction, Badmus said she would not forgive the accuser and warned him to prepare for the consequences of his actions, insisting that she would pursue the matter legally.
