Organisers of the Big Brother Naija reality television show have announced the commencement date for season 9 edition.

They made the announcement on Instagram on Friday night.

According to the post, the new season, which will last for 71 days, will premiere on July 28, 2024.

This year’s theme, “Two Journeys in One House,” promises an intriguing twist for the contestants and viewers alike.

“BBNaija Season 9 is HERE! This is a must-follow Season! Get ready for double the drama, ships, and HUGE competition! Cameras 24/7 for 71 days. Showing on DStv198 | GOtv 49 Don’t miss the premiere on July 28th on Africa Magic at 7 PM WAT,” the organisers stated.

The organisers had earlier disclosed plans for the show’s return in July, building anticipation among fans and followers of the reality TV show.
