Distinct Polytechnic Ekosin Gets Govt Approval
The management and Board of Distinct Polytechnic, Ekosin, Osun State said that the processing of getting the private institution accredited, registered and approved by the federal Government had been completed while the approval letter had been given by the regulatory body with the inclusion of the institution on JAMB CAPS.
This was contained in a press release issued and signed by the Rector of the institution Dr. A.T. Adepoju FCIB, according to the release the private polytechnic had fulfilled all the necessary procedure that was request of any tertiary institution before coming up into full operation.
It said that the approval given by the Federal Ministry of Education, Abuja was the climax of all processes, after the accreditation exercise conducted by the regulatory body, National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), Kaduna, after the initial resource inspection on December, 2021 and a revisit on September 2022.
The following programmes were accredited by the regulatory body and approved by the Federal Ministry of Education, Abuja: Accountancy Business Administration Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Electronics Engineering Statistics
The approval letter was released to the management of the Institution by the regulatory agency on January, 2023 while it has been included on the JAMB’s CHAPS
In the same vein, all the existing programmes of the school are still in progress which are:Banking Operations Business Management & I.T. (Business Informatics) Computer Software Engineering, Security Management and Technology
The general public are enjoined to bring their wards to choose the institution as their choice while the institution is ready to give their children and wards qualitative education which will make them the future leaders by bringing out their God-given potentials so as to showcase them to the world.
