Amotekun Nab Two Suspected Criminals With Dan Gun, Charm In Osun

The Operatives of Osun Amotekun Corps have arrested two suspected who were alleged to have been terrorizing residents of modakeke and its environment

The suspects were nabbed with a dane double barrel gun in Modakeke, Osun State.

The suspects who’s names were given as Segun Ajayi, (27 )and Sunday Adedoja( 37) were arrested after a complaint has been lodged at Amotekun office at Modakeke are of the state

Reports said the hoodlums were armed with Dan gun at the time of arrest .

Confirming the arrest to the newsmen in Osogbo, the Amotekun Field Commander, Capt. B.O. Akanni (Rtd), the arrested culprits have been terrorizing the residents of Modakeke before nemesis caught up with them.

Our men received an information by concerned residents of modakeke over the criminal activities of some criminal elements and our men swung into action and arrested the duo while armed with a Dan gun and charms

“The arrest was made possible by our operatives in modakeke command who swung into action immediately after a complaint was lodged on the activities of the culprits”.

“Investigation revealed that the suspects are ex -convict”.

Akanni also urged the residents of the state to be security conscious of their environment and expose any criminals hideout in their domains to the security agencies.

The culprits have been transferred to the police for subsequent investigation and interrogation.
