HuCaPAN Celebrates Golden Femi Ogunlowo at 50

The Human Capital Providers Association of Nigeria, HuCaPAN, has felicitated her President, Dr Olufemi Olukayode Ogunlowo on the occasion of his golden jubilee birthday celebration.
In a statement issued and signed by the Association’s Executive Secretary, Mr Olajide Afolabi, he described Ogunlowo as a quintessential, exceptional leader, a rare gem and breed whose sagacity has helped in improving the outsourcing and human resources industry not only in Nigeria but globally.
He said that the celebrants wealth of experience has greatly impacted the Association in no small measure stressing that with Ogunlowo, “it can can only get better”.
Afolabi noted that Ogunlowo has lived the last fifty years to serve humanity and God.
He said:
“Mr. President, on this special occasion of the celebration of your Golden Jubilee on earth, the entire HuCaPAN family felicitate you.
“Within the short time you have occupied the office, you have shown that you are a visionary leader, incurable optimist, a pathfinder, and a gold shining on the Association. You are such a rare gem!
“Under your watch, our great Association, the Human Capital Providers Association of Nigeria (HuCaPAN) has witnessed significant improvement in capacity building, membership services and collaboration with the regulatory agencies, social partners and other critical stakeholders.”
Ogunlowo is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of BMC Group comprising of Strategic Outsourcing Limited, a personnel services outsourcing company that provides Managed Staff Services, Recruitment Services, Temporary and Permanent Placement Services, and Payroll Management Services; Easy Distribution Network Services Ltd, a company that provides sales outsourcing services; Shepherd Insurance Brokers Ltd, a company that sells insurance products and services; and Lekki Serviced Flats, the owners and managers of TPDC and TOJA estates. The group has a staff strength of over 15,000 staff and serves multinational and indigenous companies in diverse industries. Over the past years, the company has built a record of excellent service with all its clients.

Human Capital Providers Association of Nigeria, HuCaPAN, is the umbrella organisation of registered/licenced recruiters in Nigeria, also referred to as Private Employment Agencies (PEAs).
The aims and objectives of the Association, among others, are to develop and promote International Labour Organisation, ILO, Standards and ethical practices in Recruitment, Deployment and Management of outsourced personnel in Nigeria.
