Breach of Contract: Court seals 3 Skye Bank Branches in Osogbo

The three branches of Skye Bank in Osogbo, Osun state capital, were on Thursday, sealed off by a state High Court in Osogbo for breaching contract with TUNS Holdings.
It was gathered that the contract was running to N3 billion.
The Honda Accord with registration number Lagos KTU 373 AY, belonging to the Regional Manager of the bank in Fagbewesa Street, Osogbo was towed away.
While pleading for mercy, the Regional Manager who didn’t disclose his name, said his second car at the Alekuwodo branch has been towed away, urging the court officials to leave one for him for movement.
The generator was carried away while ATM were disconnected.
