Osun Assembly Chief Whip Felicitates With Governor Oyetola As He Bags FCIB
The Chief Whip of the Osun State House of Assembly, Mr. ‘Tunde Olatunji says, the induction of Governor Gboyega Oyetola as a Fellow of the Council of Registered Insurance Brokers of Nigeria, FCIB is another testimony of Industry, diligent conduct, resilience and distinct professional excellence.
In a message to congratulate the Governor who will be so conferred today 16th July, 2019 by the Nigeria Council of Registered Insurance Brokers, NCRIB, Mr Olatunji noted that such honour, which is the highest by the professional body’s is not awarded on frivolous ground or by patronage.
He said, ” since 1962 that the NCRIB came on board,available records indicate that those who have been so elevated were considered on moral credibility, hard work and obvious professional astuteness “.
The Chief Whip points out that, ” Mr Gboyega Oyetola has been in the insurance business since his exit from the University of Lagos where he studied Insurance, working in many broking firms, rising to the top echelon of those organisations to establishing his own insurance firm,which is a success story by global standard”
The Legislator maintained that judging by his dint of personal character and professional pedigree as a risk taker and manager, Osun people should be rest assured that their choice of Oyetola as their governor would promote decency in public conduct, prudent management of the limited resources and improvement in standard of living for all and sundry.
He added that already, just in few months into his administration, his professional background was already manifesting in the frugal allocation of the state resources, which has ensured the payment of full salary to workers,rehabilitation of roads and so on, despite the state’s lean purse.
Mr Olatunji who represents Ife North State Constituency urged the Governor not to rest on its oars in his selfless service to the state, while pleading with the people to suppornjiniiit the administration through the prompt and voluntary payment of theiinr taxes and in their prayers.n ni
