Tiwa N Tiwa L’Osun Lauds Emergence Of Okunade As NBA Osogbo Branch Chair

The Socio-Political Group, Tiwa N Tiwa Losun, has
lauded one of its members, Barr. Abdurrahman Okunade (Oslad) on his emergence as the new Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Osogbo Chapter.
The congratulatory message was contained in a release personally signed by the group’s founder, Mr. Rasheed Kunle Adegoke popularly called KRAD and distributed to the press in Osogbo on Tuesday.
Adegoke described Okunade’s emergence as an honour well deserved since the Ife-trained lawyer has all the qualities demanded by his new office.
He charged the new NBA Chairman to bring his sterling qualities of honesty, diligence, hardwork, team spirit and zero tolerance for corruption which have always stood him out among his colleagues to bear on his new role as NBA Chief.
Adegoke enjoined the newly elected chairman to as well, uphold the ideals and ethics of the legal profession as core pillars during his tenure.
He expressed confidence that Okunade’s tenure will bring the best for both the profession and the public at large and prayed that may his tenure witness unprecedented development for the Bar in Osogbo and Osun in general.
Barr. Okunade is an Osogbo-born legal practitioner who holds both LL.B and LL.M degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.
He has practised in Benue, Lagos, and Oyo states before he settled down as a partner at Apex Solicitors in Osogbo.
He was the immediate past Publicity Secretary of the Osogbo Bar before being elected as Chairman in the Branch’s election at the weekend.
Okunade is also the Chairman of the Osogbo Affairs Forum Steering Committee, a foremost platform for Osogbo-born professionals at home and in dispora.
