…Pledges Its Unalloyed Support
A social-cultural group in Osun, Oranmiyan group has joined other well wishers across the state to rejoice with the new Governor of the state, Mr Gboyega Oyetola as he takes over the reign of power.
The group in a congratulatory message signed by its spokesman, Olajide Sadiq, a copy of which was made available to our correspondent in Osogbo, on Wednesday, felicitated with Gboyega Oyetola and his deputy, Benedict Alabi as they assumed the mantle of leadership of the state.
Sadiq who expressed optimism that Oyetola with his wealth of experience would take the state to the next level, vowed to support his administration just as the group supported the administration of Governor Rauf Aregbesola.
According to Sadiq, ” we have strong believe that our new Governor, Mr Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola would sustain the good legacy of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola. With his wealth of experience as a good administrator and former chief of staff , he would definitely build on progress achieved by Aregbesola.”
“As he has promised, Oyetola would give priority to the issue of security. Governor Aregbesola has done very well in this area, but Oyetola would build on it. ”
“As we all know, Osun is one of most peaceful state in Nigeria, courtesy of the efforts of our grand patron, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and we believe that Governor Oyetola would complement the efforts.”
“He would put apparatuses in place and make Osun State a hell fire for criminals. He would ensure that no criminal in other state penetrate the state and settle down to perpetrate crime.”
He would give priority to workers welfare by prompt payment of salaries just as he would improve on the provision of social ameneties
The group however prayed God to protect and elevate the immediate past Governor of the state to greater heights just as they sought for divine wisdom and knowledge for the new Governor to govern the state.
