APC Primary Crisis: Buhari Meets Okorocha Inside Aso Rock

In his continued efforts to unite the party aftermath of the fall out of the All Progressives Congress, APC, party primaries, President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with the Imo State Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha inside the Aso Rock in the nation’s capital, Abuja.
Okorocha is the Chairman of the APC Governors Forum and pushing for his son-in-law to succeed him in Imo state. He has severally openly expressed his dissatisfaction with the outcome of the party’s primaries.
Although, the specific agenda of the meeting was not made public, it is believed to be in continuation of the President’s ongoing efforts to resolve the post-primaries crisis which he started with the meeting of the aspirants who lost out in the party’s primaries which was followed by meeting with party leaders including Asiwaju Bola Hammed Tinubu, the party’s Chairman, Comrade Adam Oshiomole and others yesterday.
