El-Rufai Imposes 24-Hour Curfew on Kasuwan Magani Community

The Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai has imposed a 24 hour curfew on Kasuwan Magani community of the state.
This was contained in a press release issued on Thursday by Mr Samuel Aruwan, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Media and Publicity, a copy which was made available to City Mirror News.
The statement did not state reasons for the curfew however, it can not be unconnected with the unrest in the community recently.
Kasuwan Magani is situated in Kajuru Local Government Area of the state.
According to the release, “The imposition of the 24 hour curfew is with immediate effect.”
