OAU: NASU Plans Indefinite Strike

The Non Academic staff Union of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife has concluded plans embark on strik.
The union according to CityMirrorNews correspondent, had earlier this morning suspended academic activities on campus.
Speaking with our correspondent, NASU Chairman, Comrade Wole Odewunmi, said ” we are not happy with the percentage the federal government and the school management are giving to us.
He further lamented “There are four unions on campus, why would they give a percentage of 89% to ASUU and give 11.8% to the other 3 unions on campus
“We will hold a congress this morning because we have had a meeting with the school management to register our grievances but they are not responding.
“The congress would determine if there would be strike or not.” He added.
