Recruitment: Oyo Assembly Service Commission Schedules Oral Interviews For Shortlisted Applicants

The Oyo State House of Assembly Service Commission has released the timetable for oral interviews for applicants shortlisted into the lower cadres (GL 04, 03, and 01) in its ongoing recruitment exercise.

According to a statement issued by the Chairman, Hon. Femi Julius Okedoyin, the interviews will take place from Monday, September 29, to Friday, October 3, 2025, beginning at 8:00 a.m. each day at the Oyo State House of Assembly Complex, Secretariat, Ibadan.

He noted, however, that Wednesday, October 1, which is Independence Day, will not feature in the schedule.

The exercise will commence with applicants for Clerical Officer II (GL 04) on September 29 and 30. On Thursday, October 2, candidates shortlisted for Health Assistant (GL 04), Technical Assistant I (Electrical) (GL 04), Secretarial Assistant IV (GL 03), Clerical Assistant (GL 03), Watchman Grade I (GL 03), Gardener (GL 02), and Store Assistant (GL 03) will be interviewed. The process will conclude on Friday, October 3, with applicants for Office Assistant (GL 03) and Motor Driver (GL 03).

Hon. Okedoyin advised all shortlisted candidates to check their individual portals or official communication channels for confirmation of their interview dates and to attend promptly with the necessary documents for verification.

He stressed that the Commission remains committed to conducting a transparent, credible, and merit-based recruitment process that reflects the values of the Oyo State House of Assembly.
