Kidnapped Plateau Monarch Released Unconditionally – Police

The kidnapped Second Class Chief of the Dorock Kingdom of Shendam Local Government Area of Plateau State, HRH Engr. David Isah Dongbam has been released Unconditionally.
This was revealed in a statement issued and signed by DSP Tyopev Matthias Terna, The Police Public Relations Officer, Plateau State Command, Jos on Saturday.
Tyopev said the paramount ruler was released unconditionally because the police were closing in on the kidnappers and had no option but to release their victim.
The Royal Highness was Kidnapped in his residence on 19 November 2018 and regained his freedom today being Saturday 24 November 2018 at about 0010hrs according to the police.
Tyopev said, “He has since been examined by some medical doctors and given a clean bill of health (he is in perfect health condition).”
The Command thanked the “good people of Plateau State for their patience and to single out the Dorock Kingdom for their understanding and confidence in the Police by allowing us to carry out our Search and Rescue Operation without interference.”
