Osun Community Gets Cheques For Projects Implementation

There was wild jubilation in Abule Oyo, Dagbolu village of Ifelodun Local Government area of Osun State, on Wednesday, following the presentation of cheques to implement three capital Projects in the community.

The three capital Projects expected to be implemented in the village are Drilling of borehole, Purchasing of Palm Oil Machine and Building of modern toilets.

CityMirrorNews reports that the Projects are being facilitated by Dr Mulikat Abiola HDMA, the honourable representing Ifelodun State Constituency in the State of Osun House of Assembly.

Presenting the cheques, the facilitator of the projects, Hon Mulikat urged the residents of the community to make judicious use of the projects when completed.

At the event which took place at the Abule Oyo Square, and was witnessed by the leader of the community, Alhaji Adebisi aka Cairo, who is the Olugbana of Ikirunland and some members of the the community, Hon Mulikat urged those in charge of the projects no to divert the money from what is meant for , warning that no defaulters will not go unpunished.

Hon. Mulikat used the avenue to appreciate the governor of the state, Mr Gboyega Oyetola for his giant strides in ensuring all round developments across the state.

She also urged the community to keep supporting the All Progressives Congress ( APC) led government.

Speaking further, she told the gathering to always stay safe and always follow the laid down rules as Corona Virus is still ravaging the world in which Nigeria is not exempted.

She enjoined them on the need to always wear facemasks, regular washing of hands with soap and constant using of hand sanitizer, just as she advised them to maintain Social distancing Directives.

The CSDP representive also urged the beneficiary community to make judicious use of the money.

The community leader, Alhaji Adebisi thanked Hon Mulikat, the Community Development Social Projects (CSDP) and the Governor of the state for the cheques as he promised that the community will make use of the money for purposes in which it were meant for
