Presents Flag To Osun NNPP Guber Candidate

By Rafiu Agboola, Osogbo

Former governor of Kano state and presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) for the 2023 election, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, on Thursday declared that the All Progressives Congress and the People’s Democratic Party have failed the Nation.

Kwankwaso called on the citizens of the country to reject the candidates of the two parties in the next year’s election.

He made the declaration while presenting the flag of the party to the Osun governorship candidate of the party, Rasaq Saliu, ahead of gubernatorial election billed for July 16th, 2022.

Kwankwaso who presented the flag of the party to Saliu in Osogbo capital of Osun on Thursday rallied support for the party, stressing that All Progressives Congress(APC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have demonstrated incompetency in governance and failed the country for twenty-two years.

According to him, “The numerous members of our party are ready and determined to vote for the candidate of NNPP during the gubernatorial election that is coming up. Our members want to see new Nigeria starting from this state.

“The logo of our party is well known which shows that Nigeria under this party will be united not minding religion, ethnicity or region of anybody in this country. Those who are yet to collect their PVC should do so. this will enable them to vote for our party.

“Failure to vote for our party that will bring positive change is allowing these people to continue to rule our state governments and national level. All of us know that these two major parties have failed us and have nothing more to offer. Let us vote them out and that will start from the this state.”

The former governor noted that the two major political parties have exhausted their goodwill among Nigerians over their ineptitude and abysmal failure to manage the country’s resources and provide succour for Nigerians across all sectors

He added that all indices of socio-economic development are daily rising in the negative side.
