A Non-governmental organization, Good Governance Ambassadors of Nigeria (GOGAN), on Sunday declared its support for the reelection bid of President Muhammed Buhari in the coming February

GOGAN in a press statement jointly signed by its state coordinator, Adeosun Abiodun-Iyiola and Secretary, Adewole Tosin and made available to newsmen in Osogbo on Sunday, said they have concluded plans to mobilise votes for President Buhari so as to be able to continue with his people oriented programmes.

The group said as Ambassadors of good governance in Nigeria, they have taken their time to review the policies and programmes of President Buhari led administration and found it fantastic.

Emphasising the need to work for president Buhari reelection bid, GOGAN said re-electing the president will enhance the fight against corruption and make dividends of democracy get to the grassroots.

According to GOGAN “On the premise of promoting good governance and total fight against corruption in our society, we the good governance ambassadors have resolved to support the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari.”

He said the group had mapped out strategies of reaching out to the electorate at their doorsteps and sensitising them on the imperative of re-electing Buhari and his party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the coming elections.

The good governance Ambassadors said their decision to embark on the massive voters’ sensitisation and mobilisation was informed by the glaring progress so far recorded in the administration of President Buhari

They therefore urged those who are yet to collect their Permanent Voters Cards to do so in order not to be disenfranchised.
