A sociocultural organization, Oranmiyan Worldwide, has congratulated Dr. Charles Akinola on his appointment as the Chief of Staff to Osun state Governor, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola.
The group in a congratulatory message signed by it Director General, Olajide Sadiq, and made available to newsmen in Osogbo, on Friday said, Akinola’s appointment as Chief of Staff is like a round peg in a round hole.
Oranmiyan however congratulated Prince Oluwole Oyebamiji and Mr. Adeyanju Abdullah Binuyo on their well deserved appointments as Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and Deputy Chief of Staff.
The group commended Governor Oyetola for his choice of Dr Akinola whom it said has spent most of his lifetime in rendering quality service to God and humanity.
Oranmiyan described Dr Akinola as a committed philanthropist who was using everything he has to develop and transform his people.
According to Oranmiyan, “With the appointment of Dr Akinola as the Chief of Staff and Prince Oluwole Oyebamiji and Mr. Adeyanju Abdullah Binuyo as Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and Deputy Chief of Staff, Osun will within a short period of time exprience rapid growth and development.
“Dr Akinola is capable and competent. He has a wealth of experience in international development, public policy and cross-sector partnerships and he would use his wealth of experience to deliver even beyond expectations.
“He has spent most of his lifetime in rendering quality service to God and humanity. The newly appointed Chief of Staff is a God-fearing man who has an amazing lifestyle.
“As the Chairman of the State Planning Commission who had variously supervised the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, and the Ministry of Regional Integration in the State, his welath of experience give us the confidence that he will deliver as ever, he is able, capable and competent.
The group however enjoined the new appointees to justify the confidence reposed in them performing tremendiously well.
