In a release by the chairman which was made available by the party’s Director of media and publicity Mr Idowu Afolami, Dr Faforiji while felicitating with the people of Osun state in particular and Nigeria as a whole pointed out that the antidote to the myriad of problems besetting the country presently is ruling with the fear of God among other things.

Faforiji tated that as Nigerians are marking the two years of the assumption of power at the Federal level by the present administration under the leadership of president Muhammadu Buhari it has been stories of woes and untold hardship.

He attributed reasons for these avoidable malaises under the APC administration both at states and Federal levels to lack of good economic plans, nepotism, and selective dispensation of justice that characterise their administrations, adding that this has made God to turn His back on the present government in Nigeria.

“In the sixteen years of PDP rule in the country since 1999 ,Nigerians have never had it so bad it is an understatement to say Nigerians are suffering”.

He opined that in the last two years Nigeria has been relegated from the third fastest growing economy in the world to one of the poorest

He accused the APC led government at all levels of selective persecution of people accused of corruption and concentration of their energy on decimation of opposition parties in the country.

He called on the federal government to evolve policies with human faces in order to ameliorate the suffering of the people.

” This present administration of APC is only interested in taking over government at the centre but bereft of capacity to administer good governance , the party lacks economic and political wisdom to move the country forward ”

He stressed that as at now the economic, political, and social lives of average Nigerians are worse off under this present government than any other previous one adding that the only one comparable to it was the military junta of Buhari/Idiagbon regime.

He called on Nigerians to continue praying for God’s intervention in the choice of the leadership of the country come 2019, stressing that same is applicable to Osun state come next year.
